Paul Howe
A University of Dayton graduate (1988), Paul entered real estate in 1991 and spent a decade at RG Properties, completing over 500 transactions — new leases, renewals, amendments, ground leases, and sales — across Walmart-anchored retail portfolios in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, and handling brokerage for retailers including Dollar Tree, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Pet Supplies Plus.
In 2001 he began developing his own portfolio and joined Oberer Realty Services, focusing on Kroger-anchored shopping centers throughout southwest Ohio. He continues to represent retailers and restaurants across the region.
Gregg Russell
Gregg pairs 19 years of commercial banking with more than 30 years in commercial real estate. An Ohio Northern University graduate with an MBA from Xavier University, he has served on ONU's Business College Advisory Council, chaired his local Chamber of Commerce, and served as President of a local Board of Realtors. He joined Paul in 2012.
